When I was little, and turned 11 on that birthday my dad took me to the pet store and let me choose the kitty I wanted, it was a dream come true. I knew it was love at first sight when me and this black kitty made eye contact. He was so cute! A black cat with white paws that looked like mittens and white chest. And until now he leaves with my mom and dad still going strong. I got this necklace in his honor, this way he is always with me.

First time for making sushi

For my friend Baxters birthday I made sushi for the first time. It was interesting but for it being my first time I was impressed with my sushi making skills. They were vegetarian and delicious.

I love Bobby Hill

When alone, besides music and listening to airplane black box recordings I love to just have king of the hill play non stop. It's some sort of comfort necessity for me from what I have discovered.

It's hot outside

And these are some shots from the past 2 weeks. I can't help myself when crepes are on the menu. I can't help myself from taking photographs of gnomes when I see one. I am trying to just let myself go. Oh and I am eating a lot of cereal in the mornings at work! And I love our embroidery colors! We are getting way more soon :)

Down in the dumps

I don't know why but this is not good!! Been trying to not really say anything... However Songs make me cry! That never happened to me before. What a sap I have become! Help!

I miss

These days when our dog Mordey was still with us and when I still had my significant other. I accept the bumps in life because with out the sad times we wouldn't appreciate the good times. Such as this one.

Life is complete and now I can die in peace.

Went to see my favorite band in the whole world, the Cribs.

Long story short (not really) I got tickets to see the cribs in Chicago because they were doing a North American tour (big cities only) however it was the same week as my move and plane tickets were about $500...driving was not an option due to it would have been 24 hours of driving for just one night..
I was sad to decide that I was not able to go.
However I was informed that The Cribs were to play again but this time 2 1/2 hours from my city! I had to go!! I got tickets and got a friend who is a fellow cribs fan to go as well. It was a dream come true! no words to express the magic, however wish it went longer, it was whimsical and great all these years waiting it finally happened, thanks cribs!!!
